For Full Management:

We will take away all the hassle of looking after a HMO property. All tenant issues will be dealt with, all repairs will be carried out using the best priced contractors we can find and we will even do simple repairs for free. All tenant move ins and outs will be handled, rents paid to you at the end of each month. Repair costs will be deducted from the rents. New tenants will be sourced, shown around your property then all drawing up of contracts and referencing will be carried out by ourselves.

We will ensure you fully comply with all legislation and will keep you fully informed of any changes that may affect you in the future. We advertise extensively on the internet and in the local press. Our rates are extremely competitive and we can assure you that you will be able to rest easy knowing your property is being truly cared for.

Our Landlord and Landladies are extremely pleased with our level of service and we are more than happy to pass you there details for reference purposes should you have any doubts.

Part Management Service:

Supply tenants only. £200 placement fee.

For Advertising your Property for rent on a monthly basis on www.chesterhouseshares.co.uk and on www.chesterpropertymanagament.co.uk website:

£25 per part or Full Month payable in advance.We will supply you with good contacts for those seeking properties like yours.We will also take photographs to put on web to help you get the right tenant.

We will send you tenant details as well as contact details for any tenants we find suitable for you.
